Information for presenters

The Palais des Congrès Nancy has the following standard equipment:

In committee rooms and workshops:
  • Video projectors 2 200 lumens
In lecture rooms:
  • Video projectors 3 500 lumens and 5 000 lumens. Higher capacity on demand.
For video projection presentations we have an on-site pool equipment of:
  • 4 portable PCs in Windows XP Professional Pack 2 with Microsoft Office 2007 (Word, Excel, Publisher, Powerpoint), Adobe reader 8.1.1, Codec video DIVX, REAL, QUICKTIME.
  • 4 portables PCs in Windows Vista with Microsoft Office 2007 (Word, Excel, Publisher, Powerpoint), Adobe reader 8.1.1, Codec video DIVX, REAL, QUICKTIME.
We do not have MAC computers as standard. They are available on demand, for hire, provided that the order is placed not later than 72 hours, during working days, before the date and time of day of the event.
We accept documents on the following media:
  • USB key
  • CD +R/-R, +RW/-RW
  • DVD +R/-R, +RW/-RW

In the interest of the quality of your addresses and presentations, to assure ourselves of perfect compatibility and return of your documents, we run systematic advance viewings with presenters.

Please therefore report 1 hour before the time of your presentation to the Preview room ordered by the organizer or, by default, to the management of the room planned for your presentation.
Our technical department is at your disposal for any information you might require.
